Privacy

This explains what Sippa collects and why. We keep it short and plain.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, mobile phone, address and county.
• At your visit: the TDS readings we take, notes about your kitchen, and photos of your sink and cabinet, with your permission.
• If you buy: your quote, acceptance and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; Sippa never sees or stores your card number.
• Basic website usage, only if you agree to analytics.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm and remind you about your visit or install.
• To prepare your quote and plan the installation.
• To support your system and, if you ask, remind you about filters.

Texts and email

We text you about your appointments and job. We only send news or offers if you opt in, and you can stop anytime by replying STOP.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We share only what's needed with the people and services that help us do the work: your installer, our scheduling, texting and payment providers.
