A plain summary of how Sippa works. Full written terms will be provided with every quote before you pay.

Free water test

The visit is free and takes about 30 minutes. There's no obligation to buy. We measure TDS (total dissolved solids), which is not a safety, health or lab test.

Price and scope

$1,200 installed, including the system, its faucet, standard installation and standard countertop drilling when needed. Electrical work, fridge or ice-maker lines, and unusual stone or structural work are not included unless approved in writing. You receive a written scope before paying.

Payment

$600 after you approve the written scope. $600 after installation and the guarantee test.

Guarantee

After installation we compare TDS at your Sippa faucet with the drinking water you chose before purchase, using the same meter. If the installed reading isn't lower, we remove the system and refund you in full. The exact testing procedure, timing and removal details are being finalized and will be in your written terms.

Warranty

The manufacturer's warranty is separate and has its own conditions. Sippa's workmanship and support terms will be provided in writing before you buy.
